You need to be at least 21 years old to rent a car from Tom Joyce Rentals. A valid driver’s license and proof of age will be required at the time of rental.

You will need a valid driver’s license and a credit or debit card for payment. If you’re opting for insurance, additional proof of identification may be required.

3. Is insurance included in the rental price?

No, insurance is not automatically included in the rental price. However, we offer an optional insurance add-on for $25 per day to provide additional protection during your rental period.

Our daily rental rate covers a 24-hour period (e.g., 8 a.m. to 8 a.m.). If you return the car late, an additional day’s rental fee will apply.

Yes, we allow additional drivers at no extra charge. We just need their information when you book or pick up the vehicle.

9. Do you allow out-of-state travel?
